Power transformer is the key electrical equipment of power transmission. It requires that the power transformer loss be reduced during the 12th Five Year Plan period, including no-load loss of 10% - 13% and load loss of 17% - 19%
The Ministry of finance, the national development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of industry and information technology printed and distributed the detailed rules for the promotion and implementation of high efficiency and energy saving distribution transformers for energy saving products benefiting the people project (CJ [2012] No. 854). The detailed rules for implementation is divided into seven parts: product scope and conditions for promotion, enterprise conditions for promotion, promotion period, promotion subsidy standard, promotion qualification application, subsidy fund application, appropriation and penalty. The promotion products are three-phase 10KV voltage application level, non excitation voltage regulation, energy efficiency level 2 and above, oil immersed type with rated capacity of 30kva-1600kva and rated capacity of 30kva-2 500 KVA dry type distribution transformer.
